How to reload the data from the TEMP Table after deploying new Extension Version

Hi,
I am developed an extension in NAV 2017 and I have created the extension upgrade mgt. CU as well. I had followed this link:

Now the problem is, if I change the App Version the data does not restored automatically either the schema is changed or not.

Even the small help would be appreciated. Thanks
