Hi,
I would like to know how portal logged-in users can add comments (something like portal comment or forum thread's comments) on a knowledge base article.
I mean they can rate an article but system doesn't allow them to put comments on it ? They can use Forum threads but it is not user friendly.
The only comments that I could add on portal were from the CRM users inside the knowledge article record.

You can select ‘open’ to comment policy in the web page.
1.Go portal Management > Web Pages to find Knowledge Base – Article Details web page.
2.In ‘Information’ form, click link to another form under ‘Localized Content’ section.
3.In ‘Content Page’, select ‘open’ to comment policy in ‘page options’ section.
