Tracing of history in Dynamics ax

How to trace complete history changes made in dynamics ax?

For example- " i need to get the details of changes made in table and field level by which User, Date and Time" ?

It is not possible with Database log...any alternate way to get the details...i got a requirement like this

    Data changes....like if someone changed data in field, i need to get that info of user, date and time?

    I see.

    you can setup Database logging for that.

    But make sure it can cost you performance issues, if you setup log for too many tables.

    Better choice is to log only very important tables.

    But i've already tried it, it'll not show user,Date and time information.

    I need to capture those details also.

    Even i've checked in Inquires>Database log...but no use

    what does meant by user, date and time?

    are you referring to the concept "who did change, when change was done" etc???

    Got it, but am unable to get(not picking) that information in inquires > database log...i need to check that
