Workflow being enabled even Conditions are not met

Hello all, I have a quick question about the Workflows -
When we set conditions to some specific workflow, workflow be enabled even these conditions are not met. What is the actual behaviour for this conditions?
Pictures are example.

Hi @Ahmet Kocakose,

In workflow approval step usually is used to set the approval hierarchy for example if you want to make workflow to go only for the line manager or for the second line manager, also you can use workflow condition to separate flow on Workflow for example in case the amount > threshold then go to path 1 else go to path 2

Thank you for the answer Wead.

I am trying to do conditions like:

The workflow be enabled only when Quantity = 5 after we save the record. But in any case the workflow be enabled even these conditions are not met. These steps you mentioned I tried but they are for Approvel process.

Is this workflow version (2.0.0.0) active or is still another version active for this template where there probably was no condition?

Yes Waed, I am using the active versions.

When we set some conditions for workflows itself in this table - it gives no effect on the system. For example here I set Quantity should equal to 5 to enable this workflow. But in anyway, workflow being active after I click Save button even we have some different amounts for conditions.

Hi @Ahmet Kocakose ,

I tried it and as you said, the workflow gets activated although the activate condition doesn't meet. Maybe it is a bug, but I suggest you to add your condition on canSubmitToWorkflow method, it is a public methos you can extends it by COC.
