Hi,
How is attrition percentage calculated in D365 personnel management > Analytics > Attrition chart.
I tried finding the formula behind this calculation in MS website, but was not able to find any resource on this.

Hi Vikas,
Good news on this topic. The business logic of the standard analytics will be exposed in release 2020 wave 2
There is a enhancement planned as part of the roadmap - to enable editing of the standard reports - With this you will be able to access the power bi pbix file and explore the formula in the near future (NOV 2020 - public preview)
