when attempting to update great plains (version 18.5) i get this error:

I am finding nothing online, any help is appreciated.

Great plains YE update error Specified artument was out of range.

Are you launching the installer from a local drive? (Sometimes suspending anti-virus can help.)

Is there any additional information in the window below the one in your screenshot?

What is the release of GP 18.5 (for example, the KB number of the installer) that you are trying to install? What operating system?
