Can anyone explain me how to do the sales order setup when we have different customer s from different jurisdiction.

What do you mean exactly by 'different jurisdiction'? Are this other areas or countries for which a different tax code needs to be applied?
If you could provide some additional information on your underlying scenario it would make things much clearer and easier to answer.

It means different areas only.
If I get you right then you are looking for the automatic sales tax calculation by address.
