Marketing Form Yes/No option not showing up in Event Module

Hi 
I have created an event in event module. Now we want to add RSVP registration form in the event but unable to do so as per the documentation I am not able to see an option of use marketing form. Should you please advise on this?

    Based on the information you provided, we have performed a reproduction operation, but unfortunately we have not reproduced your error. After checking the information, we think you may have left one of the switches in the "feature switch" open, as shown in the picture below.

     
    In addition, we also found that our interface is not consistent with yours when creating an RTM Event, so maybe your problem is caused by a bug in the application version.

    If you have turned on the above switches and the problem still exists, you can use the following link to seek Microsoft technical support.
