GP application is getting crashed while running the integration...any idea

Are you getting the error while running the integration on Integration Manager or any other 3rd party integration?
for the PM transactions and not for any 3rd party.....itz not showing any error...just crashes
Open Event Viewer and attach the error message. This will help us to resolve your problem easily.
If you have registered any 3rd party products related to PM Transactions, then disable those products and try to manually create the same transactions mentioned from your integration source file. Then run the integration again.
Note: Before running the Integration Manager Make sure only one GP instance is running.

The same integration was running perfectly before.......it just crashes without giving any messages
Open your Integration Manager installation folder and change the below settings in the Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.ini file. This will helps us to find the exact issue.
ShowDynamics=True
DoUIRedraw=True
what exactly it will do then.??????????...will it create any log file?

which destination adapter you are using?
please use eConnect adapter and try the integration process & let us know.
If you using Integration Manager to import the transaction into GP, it will open appropriate integration window ( for your case PM transaction window) and import the transaction with using Macro. This process are running silently(automatically closed the GP and run the integration silently).
If you changing the above setting, we can see the macro running process for the integration(without closing Dynamics GP and also can see the each of the steps) and this will help us to identify when it will hangs or crashed.
Note: I am assuming you are using the standard adapter.
As far I know there is no option for payables management using econnect
