After navigating to the Sales Insights settings and selecting Email Engagement under Productivity, clicking the Enable Email Engagement button does not activate the toggle, and no error message is displayed. Sales Premium license has been correctly enabled for this user.
What could be the potential cause of this issue? Please assist.

I have had the same issue on a brand new tenant, and have just assumed it to be a bug that will eventually get worked out, it wasn't urgent for us so we didn't open a support request. The 7 year old post Muhammad provided is not helpful due to UI and other settings changes.
