What permission is need to see View(orig.&copy) in FreeInvoicetext

I need to gice a certian role with only read rights to Freetextinvoices the abbilty to get the button „view“ with copy &original. I tried several privileges and duties (Fretextinvoicecopygenerate etc.), but i cannot see the buttons in the action bar...

Any suggestions?

Have you checked already the privilege CustFreeInvoiceView (View customer free text invoice)?

Hi Hanna,

Please try this privilege for viewing the buttons on the form - View customer free text invoice list page.

For printing the free text invoice, please try these privileges-

1. Generate free text invoice copy report (for copy)

2. Generate free text invoice original report (for original).

Hi Hanna85,

What things do you want enabled? below only 1 privilege gives access to the form and Document(check 2nd screenshot).

Update: You won't be able to run the actual report, need to add a few more privileges. I will check and let you know.

Thanks a lot for the answers. Unfortunately none of the work. My role has following privilleges:

With this role on the CustFreeInvoiceListPage, I still can't see View --> Original/Copy. Also i'm not able to see Print --> Selected, although i gave specific form control permisson

Hi Hanna,

WIth just the standard CustFreeInvoiceView privilege, I'm able to view the print options. Your screenshot shows Lasernet. This is a third party add-on. Can you check with them if they made a change which requires some additional privileges or form control permissions? It could also be the case that there is a customization which would need additional form control permissions on the privilege.

Forgot to mention that the standard privilege will show the menu items as in the standard they are not securable, but visible if you have at least read access on the free text invoices. Without the privileges FreeTextInvoiceCopyGenerate or FreeTextInvoiceOriginalGenerate, a user is not able to run the reports. It will then raise an error on runtime.

Hi,

As posted in my last posted image, I have already tried with the combination of privileges in my post and It does show the button as well as you can execute the report in the standard environment. I think there are some customizations done in your form. you may need to get hold of the developer.
