I wanted to filter the cases stored in Dynamics 365 Customer Services Hub based on my logged-in Azure AD owner, but the app set the default portal owner as #Portals-(portal name), not the Azure AD that I logged in as the owner.
When I tried to filter the case without any cases created by owner "#Portals-(portal name)," it returned no records because it couldn't identify the azure ad account as the owner.
Are there any answers to this problem? Please notify me, and thank you in advance.
