    Hi atef083,

Here is a related post that discusses exactly this.

    community.dynamics.com/.../workflow-link-to-web-url-displayed-as-a-hyperlink-and-not-detailed-url

What you can see from there is that you can bin the %Workflow.Link to web% into the instructions of the workflow, which allows you employees clicking on this link. The link is quite long and not really 'nice' but this works fine.

I would recommend that you give it a try.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

I don't think so. Azure service is required to do this.  If you find any other way please let me know.

    Hi atef083,

As per the document available on Microsoft documents, I think azure service is must required for Workflow Approve/ Reject through email link.

If you find any other way please let me know too. I also want to implement the same in our AX 2012 CU7.

Dear Ludwig, he wants to create links to approve/reject workflow through email.

    Hello atef083,

What kind of workflow do you refer to?

Can you also let us know your AX2012 version that you operate?

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig
