Zetadocs Express Documents factbox not showing anything, only a ?

Hi,

I installed Zetadocs Express 6.1.332 on a NAV 2013 R2 CU6 environment.

On every Documents factbox only a ? is shown, but no drag & drop text.

Someone any idea?

    Hello,

    Please ensure you modified the NAV page as per instructions on technote ZTN4275 ?

    Also ensure that archiving is configured correctly in the Zetadocs General Settings page as per section 2 of the install guide?

    If the issue is ongoing after checking the above, please let me know where you intend to archive documents too (SharePoint or network folder?) and are you using NAV 2013 R2 Windows or web client?
