Hi Team
I want to export large volume of data from D365 to maybe excel. The data is more than 300000 records.
Can anyone suggest a way to export this dump.
Any tried and tested suggestions are appreciated.

By default, the export limit is set to 50,000 rows, but through the Client performance options page, system administrators can adjust the export limit as high as 1 million rows :docs.microsoft.com/.../export-more-rows
So you can change the options and export directly.

It's what Data Management is for. Go to Data Management workspace, create an export project, add your entity (or entities), choose Excel as the export format and execute the export.
The limit Tom mentioned is for Export to Excel functionality, which is a different thing (one I wouldn't recommend for your purpose).
