I planning to use activities on customer but there are some Fields I don't understand the functionality of it anyone can help me to explain this fields uses.
Responsibility - Show time as
Dispatched
billing information - actual work - total work - completed percentage - Mileage - Microsoft outlook categories - Role - Sensitivity - team task- Response requested - resources

Activities are used to manage your relationships with potential customers that are setup as opportunities in the system. It used to be in the CRM module in 2009 and are now found in the Sales Marketing module in 2012.

Hello Ahmed,
AX2012 uses activities in many places all across the whole system.
They are used - among others - in projects, service tasks, HR, etc.
For the dispatch functionality that you highlighted, I would recommend having a look at the following sites:
