We recently upgraded from GP 2016 R2 to GP 2018 R2. Since the upgrade when running a purchasing requisition workflow the "Final Approve" email notification does not fire to the originator or to the CC'd users. This only happens on workflows that have more than one step. If the work flow has 2 or more steps the "Submit" email notification fires and the notification to the specified "Assign To" person fires but once the PR is approved using the "Approve" link in the email notification and the workflow is marked as 'Complete" in the system the notification does not send. The same workflow worked fine in 2016 R2 before the upgrade.
In the below screen print the "Executive Director Requisition" workflow sends the "Final Approve" email notification while the "Communications Requisition" does not.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as this is causing our accounts payable team to take additional steps to find that approved PR are ready for processing which is causing delays in ordering.
