I am beginning to use tasks to ask people within my organisation to complete things for me rather than emailing them. I have an issue where once I have made them the owner of the task it disappears from my tasks view but I still want to be able to track these to make sure my requests are being followed up. is there a way to view tasks or activities that i have created but assigned to another CRM user to complete? Any help is much appreciated, I am even thinking the way I create and assign these tasks in the first place may be the issue....
