Hi Friend,

How to clean usage data on specific user and specific form?

Is it under 'Form Selection' tab? under 'All usage data' tab, what Record type should it be?

Thanks,

River

    Hi Crispin,

The problem is we don't find the form we looking for if we search 'Form' only.

We saw a bunch of 'Usersetup' type, not sure it's right one to clean.

UserSetup will most likely clear any setup the user has on that form. If this is your goal then you are in the right place.  If there is nothing in the Form Selection or Jobs tab. Then there is nothing there for you to clear for that form. You can also try clearing .auc files from the users local profile where the user launches the client from. What is the problem you are trying to resolve?

    Boris,

One user experienced weird problem on vendtable form, so we want to clean usage data for him only in that form, but, found nothing for 'form' type, only ' UserSetup' type, it's kind of confusing. But, we went ahead cleaning 'UserSetup', then, it worked.

    Ganriver,

Glad to hear you have resolved the issue. That means there must have been an issue on the user setup for that form. Great job!
