Deleting Approver list

Hi all,

Just want to check if I want to tidy up the approver user setup list for purchase orders, is it ok for me to delete users that have left, or will it have any impact on the historical data in the system?

    There should not be any problem but what about simply disabling it in Approval Templates?

    It will not affect your history data, but it is not recommended to delete anything in NAV. Therefore just disable the approval template.
