HI all.
I created custom Entity and published it, but no one can't see  my created entity.
I should give permission for user or there is some way to change something in my created entity  to be available for other users?

You need  to update security  roles  of users or assig appropriate security role.Follwing link will help to understand.

    suyati.com/.../

just open appropriate security role  of your user and provide read/write preveledge to custom entity.

Have you setup Security Roles that can see it?

Has the entity been included in the Site Map of the App?

    Has the app been Published?

If the above have been setup, have your users reload the browser <ctrl><f5> as menus etc get cached.

    Hi Prashant Patil

In Custom Entity tab I find many fields which  can have read \ write value.

Please advise me which one to choose.

    Hi Varadan,

Is that entity is visible for system admin ?

If yes then you need to configure other security roles with read access (user, bu, parent bu, org level) of those users where you want to show entities

I hope you got understanding of security role. Now in custom entities search for entity and provide perveledges.

As shown in image find your entity and update preveleges. After this update assign your security role to user. Finally make sure to your entity present on site map.If you don't know how to edit site map then use following link.
