Hi,
I would like to trigger notifications to be sent sent to the person who has the option 'Cases I Follow' selected for a csae.
I want this triggered on any change to the case
What is the best way to achieve this functionality.

I just an email notification to be sent to the person that has the setting for "follow" and a single or multiple cases.
This notification should be triggered when a change is made to the case.

For on-premise version you can try to use this tool in classic workflow for retrieving related followers github.com/.../ConcatenateFromQuery.md
For cloud version better build the power automate process
