    Hi Yasir,

It's not a service but a job that runs and initiates the stuck work flows in the system. Those are stuck because of a reason and that needs to be find out. Open up the AOT explorer and expand the Forms node. Find the Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor form. When the workflow processor dialog box is displayed, click the Start button. Now as long as you have the processor running, it will automatically process any workflow steps that are waiting.

Please mark YES against the answer that helps you. Thanks

    Regards,

    Zain
