You would make the user experience worse, not better, if your single grid behaved differently than every other grid in F&O. My recommendation is staying consistent with the standard F&O UX.
I tried looking for something in the official docs, but I couldn't find a property that directly sets the alignment of the fields. Maybe you can do custom development with X++ code.
