My question is can multiple locations be attached to (1) single contract # - similar to multiple jobs being connected with a "project number"?
We run reports for our Maintenance contracts and include the revenue from any field service calls that are received from this contract customer. With that being said, we want each location "associated" with the contract customer but not covered under the maintenance contract able to show on our report. I am seeing the only way to do this is to continuously set up calls under the "contract location" in order to show the revenue. However, this then ultimately makes it difficult to look at service history for various locations. Any suggestions?
