Products in marketing forms

Hi,

I want to create a Dynamics Marketing Form to have on our page as a "buy-form". So when they have read about our training courses and clicked on "join here", they will come to a marketing form where they put in name, email, phone, adress, invoice information and so on, but we also want to automate the opportunity to this contact. So that a sale is closed won on this contact automatically. So I am just guessing that we need products for that on the form? And so, how do we get this into the marketing form? Or is there any other way to achive this? (So far I have been uanble to get my products to appear in form field creation).

Bottom line is that we want our customers to be able to buy a training course online (with invoice, not payment) and that will automatically generate everything we need inside Dynamics. Contact information, account information, but also sales/opportunity information with value etc, what they bought (what course and course date) and so on. Maybe we need to use Marketing Events, thats our goal anyway, but I am still unsure how to combine all of this with Events. BUT I am all ears for best practices on this.

Thanks in advance :)

    Hi Jobr,

Sales are not part of the marketing support.

If you need to sell a product, please refer to the following sales document:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/overview

If marketing is responsible for advertising your product, then sales is responsible for selling it.

Of course, if you are focusing on marketing forms, you can also integrate other sales websites for use.
