Retail Channel Database Full Data Sync Error

Dears,

Please note that i am facing the following error when trying to sync data into channel database.

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    You initialize/sync metadata  Retail?

    Please, share with us the event viewer log.

    I tried to Initialize Retail 

    Click > Retail >Setup >Parameters > Retail parameters > Initialize button

    but I faced the following error:

    The CIL generator found errors and could not save the new assembly.

    Please advise.

    Compile the application. Confirm that there are no errors. After that, compile the CIL Full.

    Dears,

    Please note that I am facing the following error after clicking on retail parameters initialize.

    CIL generation: Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.

    Hello Elie,

    Usually the exception "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is talking about some key value that used to be reference is missing. Please make sure all the field related to Sync service is filled correctly. Such as parameter, working folder or channel database profile. And sync metadata again. Thanks.

    It sounds a compilation problem. Perhaps, the compilation (CIL) is corrupted. Compile and generate CIL Full.
