I have pulled two queries (Tickets and SalesOrder) from a PBI dataflow as a data source.
When running the match step, I am able to find matches between CRM:contact and test:SalesOrder contact data, but for some reason for test:Tickets the source records is 0? I am able to see the data under entities tab so the data is coming in with no errors.
I have tried it with the Tickets in Order spot 2 and 3 and still get zero source records.
I cant find or think of a reason why this could be? Would it have to do with the data? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
