Creating link to External Website with the dynamic record Id in CRM Dynamics 365 (on-prem) in workflow email

Hello Experts,

I have a scenario in which I am composing an email for a workflow which contains the url to include consist of two parts i.e.

Static Url part: https://www.example.com/booking/feedback/form/

Dynamic field value in crm:    bookingId

Requirement:

I want to create a url in the workflow email composer i.e. https://www.example.com/booking/feedback/form/<bookingId>

NOTE: <bookingId> is the crm field and unique for each booking.

Anyone can give a hint that how I can achieve this task?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

    Yes, it is a text field but is not fulfilling the requirement by using the insert hyperlink button in the workflow email composer.

    Check the attached image which may help you to understand what I am trying to achieve.

    Hi,

    Are you talking about Send Email step in workflow? Is this booking id a text field? If yes then you should be able to add it directly within the editor using the insert hyperlink feature.

    I have a custom workflow activity that can be used to concatenate strings in my Workflow Toolkit (Url is in the signature).
