Subscription Centre- how to automatically uncheck the subscription lists when a user checks Unsubscribe

Hi all,

I have created a Subscription Centre which includes subscription lists and a global unsubscribe checkbox.

Subscription forms have prefill enabled, so when I click through to get to the form, I am presented with my existing selections, i.e. which Subscription Lists I have opted into. During testing, I noticed that when I check the Unsubscribe from all marketing box, it does not automatically uncheck my previous opts-ins to the subscription list. I have looked at the form and form field settings and can't find a way to do this- I would have expected that this would be enabled out of the box as it is a common functionality on most tools.

Example below, all 4 subscription lists are selected, and when selecting unsubscribe, it does not uncheck the lists.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Venous,

This feature currently isn't supported in our product but is a good idea. I think this should be posted on our Consent and Compliance ideas site: experience.dynamics.com/.../

In addition, some of our customers have written their own JavaScript to add that functionality to their forms/pages.
