What happened to Customer Service contracts?

Hello

I am looking at migrating to Dynamics 365 from Ms CRM 2016.

Being an IT service provider, we usually propose support contracts to customers with defined start and end date + equipment supported + price.

However, I do not see the customer service contracts feature.  I have seen entitlements, but I cannot see where I can input pricing.

Can someone help?

    Thanks.

I have also seen Agreements in Field Service which seem to correspond more to what I am looking for.

Contacts and a couple of the related entities are deprecated.  For more information on Contracts and Entitlements, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/contract-entities. There is not a currency field on the entitlement entity to track the price.  You could add a custom one or create a custom product in the Product catalog to refer to the entitlements.
