Hello, everybody,

I am trying to integrate BC and Dynamics 365 sales, I use the standard integration plus a OOB field that is not mapped between Customer Table in BC and accounts in D365 Sales, here's the field (bill-to customer).

After doing all the configurations to add the field in the integration table mapping -> Integration Field Mapping, I start to run the integration but I get all values as null Guid, other fields as lisDQB works fine, but this is not.

The issue likely occurs because the bill-to customer field isn’t properly linked to a unique identifier in Dynamics 365 Sales. Verify the following:

Ensure the bill-to customer field exists and is populated in the Customer Table in BC.

Confirm the field is properly mapped in the Integration Field Mapping table and matches the corresponding schema in D365 Sales.

Check if the field uses a valid GUID or unique value in both systems; otherwise, data synchronization will fail.

Test the integration by running a preview to ensure the mapping logic aligns and there are no null GUID values.
