Hi,
We are exploring the features of a voicebot in Microsoft Omnichannel.
From what we see so far it is only possible to add text messages / question to the bot which are read by a "computer". As certain languages (eg. Dutch) are not that good spoken yet, we wanted to upload a prerecorded message to the bot replacing the text to speech message.
But this does not seem to be possible. Has anyone accomplished something similar?

As alternative we can use the text to speech action but of course only if the "bot" voice is acceptable (especially in our Dutch context).
Do you perhaps know that there is some way to test out how text is read by the bot without needing to set up a power virtual agent? Next to that I don't see any documentation about what can be configured for such a voicebot (eg. male versus female voice,...).
