Hello everyone,
when in D365 Finance and Operations in the customer table, you can assign responsibilities to each customer by navigating to a Customer > General > Set Up > Responsibilities. There you can select a Responsibility and a worker.
The only entity I could find related to these responsibilities is "sales role responsibilities", however that entitiy does not include any customer information.
But there must somewhere be an entity where you can assign the responsibility to a customer, right? Because you clearly are assigning these responsibilities to a customer.
Does anyone know which table/entity enables me to do that?
I would be thankful for any advice.
Best regards
Hi NavidVo,
In the standard application, there is no standard entity for the customer responsibilities. You can develop an own data entity for this purpose.
