I want to check checkbox in dynamics, by check box name "new_termoepsiteac", please help me out

You can create a Two Options type field with the name new_termoepsiteac. Please see below
If you do not want the standard Yes/No selection, you can use Flip Switch Custom Control to render it as CheckBox / Flip-Switch
And this is how its rendered on Classic UI

You have to create two options fields first. Once you add the fields in the forms ,double click, then switch to the "Fomatting" tab, you can choose the display format in the "Control Formatting" section as checkbox.
