In Internet Explorer I am sporadically seeing this. I have had to resort to using Google Chrome mostly. Has anyone else experienced this?

What version of IE this is happpening on? Its working fine for me on IE11.
If you still see this after refreshing then I think its your IE browser issue and not CRM.

I've had this happen in the past, but never figured out what causes it...
Steps to fix it:
Enter the following command:
localStorage.clear(); // remove all of localStorage's properties
