Hi everybody,

I have to make a bill based on milestones in fixed price project , but i have a problem when i open the bill proposal interface the system don't find the on_account transactions that represents milestones .

Can any one help please .

Hi Mehdi,

Can you provide the detailed steps you have taken? Did you start the normal Invoice proposal or the proposal from billing rule?

The most common reason for a milestone entry to not appear in the invoice proposal is that you are using milestone billing rules on the contract. In this case the milestones must be release for invoicing via the contract status form.

Hi André ,

Yes i started proposal from billing rule and i want to make a bill for the first milestone i created in billing rules but did not find the transaction .

It's exactly my problem , when i use the billing rules the system don't find the transactions for invoicing.

how can i invoice the milestones based on billing rules?
