Reset All Distribution button disabled

Hi,

I try to Reset All Distribution from PO > View Distributions

then the button is disabled.

But when i try from system administrator role, it's enabled.

i checked to the Visual Studio, if there is something i miss about the privilege, then the reset all distribution not call any menu item button, just button that generate method.

how to enable this reset all distribution button from another user ?

    Hi,

    This should be enabled with some finance role, check with Accountant, also mostly distribution is reset of changed ate PO line level

    Please check the approval status of the PO first, the button is only enabled for the approval status of draft or open.

    If it is not that case, please check the privileges of Maintain ledger postings and Maintain accounting distributions.

    Hi,

    The two roles required for access to this are Accounts Receivable Manager and Accounts Payable Manager.

    If you check the privileges for both these roles you could assign it to another role.

    You would have to look out for the distribution privilages.
