Access to LCS resources

Hi,

Our organization have used Ms Dynamics Ax 2012R2, now R3 for 10 years. Previously we got all relevant information in the customer care site. It is gone now. As we understood all patches and updates can be downloaded from LCS.

When I log in to LCS I have only one opportunity to create evaluation project. I cant access any supporting media.

How can I get full support in the LCS ?

We have Business Ready Enhancement plan running today.

You should get an "admin" account for LCS for your company, then add other users to LCS organization. You don't have , you should contact MS support
