I think no one can give you a step by step guide on how to build a dataware house for Business Central.

There are simply too many things you have to consider even before you start to build your datawarehouse.

If you are not very familiar with the data structure in the Business Central database i think that is where you have to start.

A good way to study the data model in Business Central is to start by building Power BI reports based on Business Central.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-powerbi

There are some pre defined Power BI report available for Business Central. There are also several 3.party solutions available.

I am also giving you a reference for a solution on how to export data from Business Central to Azure Data lake that can be one approach when you start building your DWH.

    github.com/.../bc2adls

And also some general info on Azure DWH.

    azure.microsoft.com/.../

One of the first tasks you must do when building your DWH is to decide what kind of reporting you need and what KPI you need to measure. Then figure out where you can find the data and structure them.

I think this forum is more suitable for more specific questions around where in Business Central you can find data to match your reporting or KPI requirements.

I hope this gives you some insight.
