Fixed compensation currency exchange problem - cumulative pay rate

Hi All,

I've got an employee moving from USD to GBP fixed compensation plan.

Once I assign them with a new position and enter new salary in GBP, cumulative pay rate on Talent seems to be converting one currency to another and adding the pay rates together, even though previous compensation has the correct expiry date.

There is no conversion set up on either of the currencies.

Anyone has any ideas on how to amend this to show the correct salary?
