I am a super admin user but I cannot clone my company database, is there any security I need to enable?
I can however create a copy of cronus company.

If you are in urgent need of having a copy of your company and you still struggle with your issue, you can use old-fashioned method of taking a backup of your existing company, renaming your current company and then restoring the backup back with your old name of the company.

I tried on demo database and I didnt found any issue as I created the copy company in same database with demo license and it created without any issues.

Can you check in same database whether company is getting creating or not ?
what license are you using? Cronus license?

No error at all.
It just like nothing happen.
If I were to copy the Cronus, I will see the mouse busy and later the copied cronus database appear.
However the other database nothing happen.
are you getting any error while copying your company?
This how I copy a company database but it work work on cronus
