Add custom fields to termination form

Is it possible to add editable custom fields to the Employee termination form? 

When I try to personalize the form only the worker entity is selectable. Any fields added here will appear but will be greyed out and uneditable.

    Hi Jon,

    It's currently not possible to add custom fields to forms.

    I believe Microsoft is working on this.
