Attempting to read illegal array index.

Hi All,

I am getting error "Attempting to read illegal array index." while clicking on the Start button in Complete a Questionaire form in Home Module AreaPage. Has anyone experienced this before.

    Hi Abdul,

    What questions did you create for this questionnaire? Are there some changes or is there a misconfiguration which could lead to this behavior?

    Did you do a DB sync + full IL compilation after the X++ compile?

    Hi Andre,

    Thanks for the response, actually this was escalated by my Functional team so I didn't do the configurations and questions, what are the possibilities that can cause this so that I can inform the Functional accordingly. The Questionnaire process is completely OOB with no customization.

    Hi Abdul,

    What do you mean with 'questionnaire process is completely OOB'? You need to configure questionnaires by setup questions and answer options. There might be a misconfiguration in the setup which is not related to a vanilla system.

    Also, you can look at LCS issue search if there is a possible known issue and hotfix.

    I meant to say that there isnt any customization done in the complete process and according to my functional colleague, they did setup questions and answer options. What I was asking was what type of misconfigurations can possibly cause this error.
