- Credit Memo (CM) not listed on Receivables Transaction History for client.
- Can view that CM has been applied to Sale (SLS) by entering SLS and clicking Apply in the Receivables Transaction Inquiry Zoom This brings up the Applied From Credits window, showing CM 237 applied fully.
- Can only view CM 237 details of the credit by opening the Receivables Transaction Inquiry Zoom window through the SLS’s Applied From Credits window, which will trigger an error message before displaying the Receivables Transaction Inquiry Zoom. The error message states, “This document does not exist for this customer or type.”
