We are facing an issue with the Search functionality on a list page in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
When we enter a value in the Search field that exists in the Sell-to Customer Name column, the system does not return the expected records. However, if we search for the same customer name on the Customer List page, the search works correctly and the records are displayed as expected.
We understand that filtering can be used to locate the records, but we would like to understand the following:
