Woodford Error on creating a new form

Hi,

When I press the "New Form" button the system gets stuck and after a few minutes the browser crashes. I tried several browsers: chrome, edge, ie, firefox. They all have the same problem. I do not think it has anything to do with the browser.

Any ideas?

Maybe try and use the standalone version of Woodford? It doesn't solve your issue but it may help get round your issue of not creating a new form
