Create Personal View - Timeline Activity

I would like to create a personal view on my main dashboard that includes the latest note/user on the timeline for specific cases. I have explored "My View" and cannot see a column that allows me to do this (none refer to timeline). I am just looking to get an alert or notice whenever a new note is added to the timeline. Is this possible?

Hi Ankit! Thank you for your quick response! I have some follow up questions. When I go to the Power Automate website --> My Flows which of these processes am I creating: Template, Visio Template, Automated Cloud Flow, Instant Cloud Flow, Scheduled Cloud Flow, Desktop Flow, or Business Process Flow?

Also, what is the name of the trigger I should be selecting? After tinkering with some of the above options, I also could not find an Annotation entity. Please advise.

    Thank you!

RE: Create Personal View - Timeline Activity

Hy Nicky- Hope this post finds you well and safe. What I understand from above ask is that whenever there is a note added to the timeline control present on any entity, you need to fire an alert like an email for an example, to be triggered to your mailbox.

If this is the case then it can be best accomplished using Power Automate.

We can fire Power Automate on create of a record in Annotation entity. Annotation entity is the place where all notes are stored.

If you need to be specific to fire an alert on one kind of an entity then filters can be applied as well.

Hope this helps. Kindly mark my answer verified if this suits your requirement.

    Thanks,

    Ankit
