Hi Sharlene,
I believe there is inbuild documentation available for AX2012 for most of the process. If you give a try help icon ton the client you may get more details, additionally, check the BPM library if you can find something there.
Hi Sharlene, the RFQ process in the system allows you to systematically create requests for quotations from one or more vendors, compare and review replies, and then later turn them into Purchase orders. Hopefully, the below two links help, but please let me know if you have specific questions:
