Hi Lohnieh how are you?
I think you can use the "Perform a bound action" on CDS connector.
There is no default action to do it on quote, but you can create your our action like this post https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/create-own-actions and using this action from CDS call your action passing the quote id and execute the RecalculatePrice https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-enterprise/developer/reference/recalculateprice-action
